PwC US has several programs and internship experiences that will introduce you to the professional services industry, strengthen your technical skills, build relationships and develop your leadership abilities.

Career Preview
PwC’s Career Preview is designed for high performing college freshman/rising sophomores who self-identify as members of traditionally underrepresented minority groups in the professionals services industry, protected veterans, and/or individuals with disabilities.
As a participant, you will work alongside your peers to actively learn about yourself, the professional service world and our firm. Career Preview provides the opportunity for you to confirm your college academic career path, your career objectives and become better acquainted with PwC.

Challenge
Open to all freshman, sophomores and juniors( in a five-year program). Small teams of students virtual work together and utilize critical thinking, collaboration and communication skills to review a business case and create a presentation to deliver to a group of PwC professionals. The Challenge case competition models real-world business scenarios focusing on the strategic issues currently being faced by companies all over the world.

Explore
Explore is open to freshmen, sophomores, and juniors (in a five year program) who are currently pursuing or are considering declaring a major in business, accounting and/or STEM and have an interest in a career in professional services.
Explore is a program focused on helping participants identify their purpose to better understand who they are and potential career opportunities. You’ll get the opportunity to learn about PwC’s culture, our digital transformation and a firsthand look at our lines of service and how we service our clients.

Start
Start is uniquely designed for high-performing college sophomores/rising juniors who self-identify as members of traditionally underrepresented minority groups in the professional services industry, protected veterans, and/or individuals with disabilities.
You’ll gain exposure to PwC’s partners, principals, and staff through various training, networking and coaching opportunities. You’ll work in teams to share, learn and develop knowledge of PwC and gain insight into the lines of service for an opportunity to complete a client service internship based on academic timing.

PwC’s Women’s Consulting Experience
Designed for high achieving individuals who self-identify as female who are sophomores in a four year program or juniors in a five year program and interested in a career in consulting. You’ll gain valuable insight into the firm, our consulting practices and our people. You’ll discover leadership skills that can be used on campus and beyond.

Elevate
Elevate is designed for students who are sophomore status in a four-year program or junior status in a five year program. You’ll learn more about your line of service, the benefits of a career at PwC as well as meet peers and PwC professionals. Elevate provides the opportunity to experience our culture, purpose and values to reaffirm your offer decision.

Advance & Impact
Open to juniors, seniors and masters students. Internships take place typically one year prior to graduation. You’ll get the opportunity to better understand the professional services industry, build relationships and develop personally and professionally.

The firm will pay $100/month ($1,200/year) towards student loan debt for all employees at the associate and senior associate levels. Over time, this may help to reduce student loan principal and interest obligations by as much as $10,000, and shorten loan payoff by up to three years.

Vacation
During your first two years with the firm, you will receive 15 vacation days, 13 paid holidays, and unlimited sick time. After two years at the firm, your vacation time increases to 22 days.
