Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Eaton

We aspire to be a model of inclusion and diversity because it’s the right thing to do for our people, investors, customers and communities. When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. We believe this outlook helps us attract, retain and engage top talent around the world.

Inclusion resource groups promote welcoming work environments. We’re a dynamic mix of different cultures at Eaton. Different experiences, backgrounds, ages, races, genders, abilities. And more.

Our inclusion employee resource groups (iERGs) provide a space where various demographic groups and their allies work together toward common organizational goals. Our employees are encouraged to participate in iERGs and contribute unique ideas to evolve our culture toward a model of inclusion and diversity.
