Reimagining the traditional job search
Our mission is to help all students find their dream job regardless of who they know or where they go to school.
While attending Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, Scholars founders Ben Siegel, Parker Pell, and Evan Deere discovered first-hand the inefficiencies that plague entry-level job recruitment. After reflecting on their own experiences, the three friends began gathering feedback from thousands of college students with the same frustrations. Recognizing the need for change (and utilizing Evan’s technical expertise), Ben, Parker, and Evan began building the Scholars platform. The mission of Scholars is to ensure every college student has access to resources and support when looking for that perfect fit with their future employer. Since its founding in 2019, Scholars’ network of college students and hiring partners has grown exponentially. By continually challenging the norms of the traditional job search, Scholars has become a leading player in the entry-level talent space.
